When a Neighbor suddenly appears outside the designated caution zone, Border's A-Rank agent Kitora moves to intercept it. But facing an unfamiliar type of enemy, she is pushed onto the back foot, and Yuma heads out to help at Osamu's request. Through these battles, Osamu begins to confront his own powerlessness. Summoned to Border headquarters, he then comes face to face with an S-Rank agent standing at the top of the organization, and is drawn into a larger current forming around Yuma's fate.
