Enedra, a humanoid Neighbor wielding a Black Trigger, storms Border HQ and throws the base into chaos. His fluid-manipulating powers give even the elite agents trouble, and the defensive net slowly frays. Meanwhile, Osamu and his group — trying to reach the safety of the base through the streets — are hounded relentlessly by humanoid Neighbors after Chika's Trion, cornered with no way out.
