Aiming for A-Rank, Tamakoma-2 dives into the mid-tier B-Rank Rank Wars in Volume 11. Arafune Unit builds a fortress around long-range sniping while Suwa Unit thrives in messy close combat, and the resulting three-way match keeps shifting as each side reads the other. Outnumbered and outgunned, Osamu must decide how to deploy Yuma and Hyuse's mobility and where to slip Chika's cannon-like shot through. Winning comes down to a single, tightly focused plan that has to crack tactics from opponents ranked above him.

World Trigger Vol. 11 spoilers
⚠️ Spoilers ahead.
Osamu turns Arafune's sniper net against itself, baiting shots to pinpoint enemy positions. Chika downs Arafune's sniper first, and in the chaos Yuma and Hyuse charge Suwa Unit. Yuma can't fully absorb Suwa's heavy strike and bails out, but the opening lets Chika land another shot that swings the balance. The three-way stays close to the wire, and Tamakoma-2 grabs exactly the points it needs to climb out of the lower bracket. Osamu's knack for stacking "just enough to win" defines the volume.
