The swimsuit round sends the pageant into overdrive, and every contestant's talent display spirals out of control until the venue is nearly demolished. Lum unleashes her electricity while the other girls whip out psychic powers and superhuman strength, so a fair judging was never on the table. Ataru ogles all of them and, predictably, eats a full-voltage jolt from a furious Lum that leaves him charred. No proper winner emerges; the crown dissolves into the mayhem and a shrugging punchline. The only real winner is the principal who stoked the whole circus, and Ataru walks away with nothing.
