In Five Raid, Yoigoshi, Azemichi and Ojo take turns raiding, trading one-on-one battles of attrition against Rokugen and Sowa's defenders. The score stays nearly level right up to the final raider. Nokei entrusts the last raid to Yoigoshi, who pours the "will to connect" he has built up into one full-body push, splitting the enemy line so Nokei beats Sowa and takes the Group B final. The long grudge is fully settled, and the sight of players in tears as they advance toward nationals is the biggest payoff.
