The planet Cerealian was wiped out long ago by the Frieza Force and the Saiyans. Its lone survivor, the bounty hunter Granolah, gathers the Dragon Balls sleeping on his world and wishes to become the strongest warrior in the universe. With that overwhelming power in hand, he sets his sights on revenge against everyone who destroyed his people. Meanwhile, Goku and Vegeta of the Galactic Patrol are hired by a shady client named Heeter to take Granolah down, walking straight into a trap they do not yet understand.
