The exam's second stage, a rescue drill, gets underway. On a set staged as a massive disaster, the examinees must save the wounded while making split-second judgment calls. Then pro heroes led by Gang Orca crash in as "obstacle" opponents, and the test plunges into chaos. Deku is torn between saving the person in front of him and scoring points. Questioning what a hero truly is, Izuku takes a real step forward as a rescuer, while beyond the exam a new threat begins to stir.
